The phrase "Pest Inspection" is somewhat misleading.  This type of inspection address all Wood Destroying Organisms and is also referred to as a WDO inspection.  Pest or WDO Inspectors are regulated and licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.

A pest or WDO inspection should address only those items that have or are deemed likely to cause damage to the wooden structural members of the building due to infestations of pests (termites, beetles, carpenter ants, moisture ants) or infections of wood destroying organisms (fungus or sometimes called dryrot).

As part our standard pest only inspection, NBI will perform a thorough inspection of the exterior of the structure and any attached structures (garages, carports, decks, etc.), the interior, the attic, and the subarea.
