DISCLOSURE CHECKLISTIn 1991, NBI published the Agent/Seller Disclosure Checklist.
It was an instant success throughout the real estate community because it created a "logical" guideline by which agents could perform their due diligence inspection and properly document their findings.
Once completed, the agent would simply attach the completed form to the seller's transfer disclosure statement and made it part of the real estate transaction.
I'm very proud of the fact that a multitude of agents are still using this same form today 15+ years later.
