Founded in 1987, NBI is the largest privately owned inspection company in Northern California and is foremost in the inspection industry due to its commitment to one hundred percent unbiased inspections. In 2002 NBI was licensed by the Washington (state) Department of Agriculture to perform home and pest inspections. We are now performing inspections throughout the Greater Puget Sound area.

We neither perform corrective work nor administer chemical treatments on any home we inspect. Therefore NBI has no vested interest in the findings or corrective recommendations it provides.
